YET allows privately registered yachts to undertake a limited number of commercial charters in Monaco and France while remaining under private ownership. This dual use regime offers owners greater flexibility, but requires stringent alignment between the yacht’s structure, registration, VAT status and operational compliance.

1. Ownership Structuring and Governance
- Designing the ownership vehicle suitable for dual private-commercial use.

2. Flag State and operational mode
- Advising on registry selection for compatibility with YET.
- Coordinating applications for the Temporary Certificate of Registry for YET.

- Preparing and maintaining the YET charter compliance file.
- Maintaining documentation for each YET season, including log entries, certification and charter records.
- Coordinating renewals of YET permissions and associated filings.
- Acting as the central point of contact between owners, captains, managers, lawyers and tax agents.
