With over two decades of hands-on experience spanning Europe, US and Asia, Janet has honed her skills and risen to prominence as a respected figure in the industry. As an Arbitrator for the International Yacht Arbitration Council (IYAC), Ambassador of Monaco Capital of Advanced Yachting and a proud member / ex member of the board of esteemed yachting associations such as IYBA, ECPY and Cluster Yachting Monaco, Janet embodies excellence and dedication in her field.
Throughout her career, Janet has held pivotal roles, including creating and heading up yacht departments for prominent companies based in Luxembourg and Monaco. Her multifaceted background in law, finance, and commerce, coupled with her practical insights into yachting and aviation operations, uniquely positions her to deliver bespoke services of the highest standards.
In her current role as Director & Head of the Yachting and Aviation Department, Janet leads a seasoned team of professionals, offering comprehensive support to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) at every stage of their ownership journey. From acquisition and construction to sale, Janet's team provides meticulous attention to detail, addressing clients' needs in structuring, legal compliance, taxation, financing, registration, insurance, crewing, and day-to-day administration.
Janet's influence extends beyond her professional endeavors. She has played a pivotal role in the development of the Yacht Engaged in Trade (YET) program, collaborating with prestigious registries such as the Marshall Islands, Cayman Islands, and Bermuda to establish their own initiatives.
