Carlsten Xuereb

Carlsten is a Certified Public Accountant, Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants. Carlsten also graduated in Management from University of Malta and holds a Diploma in Taxation from the Malta Institute of Taxation and Advanced Diploma in Taxation (ADIT).

He has more than 15 years experience with Leading Corporate Service Providers in Malta providing advice to local and international clients in both their personal and corporate structuring, Taxation and VAT matters; and other related regulatory requirements. He also has extensive experience in Trust and Fiduciary Services having previously worked with one of the Leading Banks in Malta in their Trust Services Department holding the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law & Management issued by IFSP.

Carlsten’s main area of specialisation is in International Taxation with a focus on domestic legislation assisting clients with the provision of tailor-made tax efficient solutions through trusts and corporate structure set up in Malta. Carlsten is heavily involved in consultancy from business design stages including business plan editing, setting up structures, designing financial plans to the eventual oversight and management of the product, service of business as whole once it takes shape into a going concern.

Carlsten is fluent in English, Italian and Maltese.
