Rosemont Yacht Services is pleased to be a sponsor of the 2026 Superyacht Law Summit Monaco, organised by the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA), taking place at the Yacht Club de Monaco on Wednesday 23 September 2026, during the Monaco Yacht Show.
Bringing together legal, regulatory and yachting professionals, the Summit will feature a series of panel discussions addressing some of the key issues currently affecting the international superyacht industry, including AML regulation in the EU, yacht delivery, US import laws and Yacht Engaged in Trade (YET) schemes in the Mediterranean.
Peter Brigham, Director of Rosemont Yacht Services, will participate as a panelist in the session dedicated to Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
AML and regulatory compliance have become increasingly significant considerations across yacht ownership and transactions. Beneficial ownership, source of funds and wealth, sanctions screening, client due diligence and the respective responsibilities of brokers and other professional intermediaries are now integral parts of the transaction process.
Drawing on nearly four decades of Monaco and international private-client experience, Peter will contribute Rosemont’s perspective on the practical AML and regulatory issues affecting the yachting sector.
