Opportunities in Superyachts - conference Malta - February

The Opportunities in Superyachts conference will once again bring industry leaders to Malta to discuss the key issues affecting their business. Rosemont Yacht Services and Management will have a stand at the event where Directors and senior Team Members will be present to answer your questions on all aspects of Yacht ownership and operation.
 
Janet Xanthopoulos, Legal Advisor and Head of Yacht at Rosemont Yacht Services will give an update on Finance, Tax and Regulatory issues in the Mediterranean, looking at: 

• The end of duty free fuel for commercial yachts in France and possible domino effect;
• The new transport contract for commercial yachts;
• Withholding tax issues;
• Social security issues;
• New rules for commercial yachts in Italy

Janet Xanthopoulos will also be moderating a roundtable discussion on Dual Use in EU waters and Yachts Engaged in Trade.

Shelley Dowie will be moderating a roundtable discussion on Crewing – with an update on training and contractual obligations.

The conference has a strong emphasis on panel discussions, giving delegates the opportunity to hear from a wider variety of industry figures, as well as to interact and join the debate with panelists.
