Monaco Economic Forum at the Shanghai Yacht Club – Rosemont presentation - 27 June 2014

As part of the Monaco week in Shanghai organised by the Chamber of Economic Development of Monaco (CDE) and the Prince Albert II Foundation, Rosemont International will be presenting a conference at the prestigious Shanghai Yacht Club, on Friday 27 June, 2014 from 16:30 to 17:30 p.m. examining the international tax and estate planning solutions offered by their team in the Principality of Monaco.

For the 2nd consecutive year, Rosemont will be assisting the CDE on its discovery of Asia. After Hong Kong in June 2013 where the terms and conditions for obtaining a residence visa in HK were explained to the members of the CDE, Peter Brigham and Raphael Beaudrey of Rosemont Hong Kong will participate at the Monaco Weekend in Shanghai and the promotion in China of the Principality with a presentation of solutions and opportunities offered from Monaco.

The presentation will explain what an Asian client can expect from a European Multi-Family Office compared to an Asian one, covering major considerations for high net worth individuals buying, owning and operating assets outside their home country, such as Real Estate, Vineyards, Yachts, Aircraft, and Private Businesses.

We will also be looking at succession planning as well as residence and immigration planning. Areas of discussion will include international private law, will planning, trusts, and foundations.

A limited number of invitations are available to attend the seminar for professionals from Shanghai and the region, such as lawyers, bankers, accountants and consultants as well as institutional ones and Chinese HNWIs.
